Cancellation & Exchange Policy – MITRASO
At MITRASO, we take pride in delivering high-quality streetwear. Please read our policy carefully before placing an order.
1. Order Cancellation
- Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase by contacting our customer support team.
- Once an order is processed or shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
2. Exchange Policy
We offer exchange only, no refunds.
Exchanges are accepted under the following conditions:
- Wrong size received.
- Defective or damaged product (must provide proof such as unboxing video/photos).
- Incorrect product delivered.
Exchange Guidelines:
- Requests must be raised within 3 days of delivery.
- Product must be unused, unwashed, and returned with original tags & packaging.
- Exchange is subject to stock availability. If the requested size is unavailable, store credit will be issued for your next purchase.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, except in cases of wrong or defective product delivery.
3. Non-Exchangeable Items
- Products without original tags or packaging.
- Items that appear used, washed, or damaged due to customer handling.
- Sale/discounted items (unless defective).
