At MITRASO, we take pride in delivering high-quality streetwear. Please read our policy carefully before placing an order.

 

1. Order Cancellation

 

  • Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase by contacting our customer support team.
  • Once an order is processed or shipped, it cannot be cancelled.

2. Exchange Policy

We offer exchange only, no refunds.

Exchanges are accepted under the following conditions:


  • Wrong size received.
  • Defective or damaged product (must provide proof such as unboxing video/photos).
  • Incorrect product delivered.

 

Exchange Guidelines:

 

  • Requests must be raised within 3 days of delivery.
  • Product must be unused, unwashed, and returned with original tags & packaging.
  • Exchange is subject to stock availability. If the requested size is unavailable, store credit will be issued for your next purchase.
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, except in cases of wrong or defective product delivery.

 

3. Non-Exchangeable Items

 

  • Products without original tags or packaging.
  • Items that appear used, washed, or damaged due to customer handling.
  • Sale/discounted items (unless defective).
